Hidden Yelp reviews

Yelp hides reviews which it deems are not useful based on it's algorithm. Yelp states this is not related to paying Yelp for advertising. We have screen captured some of these Yelp reviews for patients who want to know more about the Vasectomy experience at our clinic.
